Bringing the Casper Cycling Community Together. Monday, September 6, 2010. Approximately 2 miles north of Ormsby exit, on the frontage road here. This will be an out and back course, along the frontage road. There will definitely be hills and wind involved, somewhat reminiscent of the Dead Dog time trial. COURSE MARKINGS WILL BE DIFFERENT THIS TIME. THERE WILL BE A TURNAROUND LINE ON THE ROAD AND FLAGGING INSTEAD OF CONES AT THE HALFWAY POINT.
